Mike learned ServiceCenter as a Peregrine
professional services project manager. In that position
he implemented a wide range of ServiceCenter
features. He developed the rapid implementation plan
and other documents for deploying ServiceCenter.
After three years with Peregrine, Mike
was a RAD programmer for a major financial corporation.
There he implemented a number of complex features.
Mike now works as an independent consultant
doing business as
New Day Ventures.
Mike is a retired Naval officer with
qualifications as a surface warfare officer and engineering
duty officer. He has a masters degree in electrical
engineering. He is the author of Tailoring ServiceCenter,
Learning ServiceCenter, Customizing ServiceCenter,
Customizing ServiceCenter 2, and ServiceCenter
Quick Reference Guide. He has also written many
computer related articles.
